Mi 7 Rumored To Ditch Fingerprint Sensor

After the FaceID of iPhone next year tech industry will bring advance face recognition technology. We showed some reports from Xiaomi about upcoming flagship device Mi 7 that suggest the device will sport AI assisted dual camera with SnapDragon 845. Earlier renders
from GizChina suggested that it will have a in-display fingerprint sensor. In the images we can see that finger like soft-key suggests integrated display fingerprint sensor. But the conflicting information
from MyDrivers is claiming that Xiaomi is not interested to fingersensor. According to the same source the company is in mood to bring Apple iPhone X like 3D facial recognition system.

But nothing is written on rocks. As we go after the source from GizChina it is confirmed that device will sport SD845 coupled with 6GB RAM. There were no information about internal storage. It is said to be display will be edge-to-edge bezel-less. Mi 7 will feature 5.65-inch OLED panel and 18:9 ratio will be the same. As the trend of dual camera device will definitely have dual camera at rear. With the combination of IMX380 + IMX350 it has 12MP + 16MP dual camera. Phone's juice-up power will be 3200mAh. It is speculation that device likely to have a plus variant which sport 6.01-inch panel with 3500mAh battery.

So as per romoured specs implementing a OLED panel will be a significant change from it's predecessor that Xiaomi is bringing to us. At last move towards pricing Mi 7 will cost 2699 CNY ($408) and the Plus variant will cost around 2999 CNY ($454)
