Each year, to many games are released But to be honest 2017 is one of the best years for Pc gaming industry. This year to many awesome games released in various categories for various platforms. The title like Assassin's creed Origins and Zelda: Breath of the wild rocked this year and become popular among gamers. So narrowing the list down to 20 games was a real, struggle and ordering them required to much attention. So How did we do it ??

This list is just not based on the rating of the games or the rating that is given by popular websites like IGN or Gamespot. This list is based on my 8 Years of Experience as a gamer and on the review that is given by the other gamers. Actually I spent one day for just listing down this games. It is really hard to narrowing the list down to 20 games because to many amazing games released this year. So, without any further delay here is our list of 20 best Video games which became popular among gamers.

Note : The games are in no particular order we, the Komidee list down the games as per our experience and the review of other gamers.

1. Assassin's Creed Origins 

Assassin's creed Origins is an action adventure video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and Published by Ubisoft. It is the tenth major installment in the assassin's creed series and the successor of 2015's Assassin's creed syndicate. The story is set in Ptolemaic Egypt and follow medjay name Bayek . The Assassin's creed Origins is the best open world adventure in the series so far and it is different form other Assassin's creed series. Because the game set in Ancient Egypt that made this game different from other assassin's creed series. You can experience the Environment of Ancient Egypt while playing this game. Assassin’s Creed Origins is the culmination of a decade of stealth excellence. This time Ubisoft gives the full control to do whatever you want. Whether it is to play main missions or to play other quests, or just hunting down as many lions and hippos before they can do same to you, Full freedom.

                      

2. What Remains Edith Finch 

What remains of Edith Finch is an Adventure video game developed by Giant Sparrow and published by Annapurana interactive. The game is totally focused on drama with first person gameplay. what remains of edith finch is heartbreaking drama game. You will probably shed tears after playing this game. The storyline of the game is very good and the What remains Edith Finch also won the game award 2017 for best narrative game and also nominated for storyline in 35th annual Golden joystick award. In game you play as Edith, exploring the finch house, searching for stories as she explores her family's  history and tries to figure out why she is the last on her family leave alive. 

The gameplay and a tone of the stories as varied as the finches themselves. Only constant are that each story end with a family member's death.

                

3. Life Is Strange : Before The Storm 

Life is Strange : Before The Strom is an Episodic graphic adventure video game developed by Deck Nine and Published by Square Enix. It is the second entry in the Life Is Strange series, set as a prequel to the first game. In a game You play as max and she has a ability to change past. Max must quickly learn that changing past can sometimes lead to a devastating future.

      

4. Horizon Zero Dawn

Horizon Zero Dawn is an action role play video game developed by Guerrilla games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The Horizon Zero Dawn is also nominated in Most Anticipated Game in Game Award 2017. Horizon Zero Dawn is most loved game of 2017 among gamers. the story of the game is set in 31st century, in the world where humans have regressed to primitive tribal societies as a result of some unknown calamity.

            

5. Hellblade : Senua's Scarifies

Hellablade : Senua's Scarifies or simply Hellblade is dark fantasy psychological horror action adventure video game developed and published by ninja theory. Hellblade's story is set in late 8th century, the game is start with senua, a Pict warrior arriving at border of Helheim, in quest to save the soul of her dead lover, Dillion from the goddess Hell.

Nioh is an action role play video game developed by team ninja. the game is set in japan during the year 1600, with the players taking the role of Irish samurai named william. Nioh is amazing graphical Environmental game. Game is also nominated for best action game in Game award 2017. If you like action games then niho is definitely a very best choice for you. 

  

7. NieR : Automata

Nier : Automata is an action role play video game developed by Platinum Games and published by Square Enix.

Resident Evil 7 : Biohazard is survival horror video game developed and published by Capcom.  The Game is the Best Horror Video Game. The Game is won best VR/AR game Award and also nominated for Best Game Direction and Best Audio Design in Game award 2017.

Sniper Elite 4 is a third person tactical shooter stealth video game developed by  Rebellion developments. It is the sequel of Sniper Elite III. Sniper Elite 4 is set in Italy in 1943, and it is based on world war II. During the World war II the player is transported to beautiful Italian peninsula, to fight against Nazi.

Actually I played the before version of this game Sniper elite 3 which is not a very good game but this time the Sniper Elite 4 Receive a positive review from gamers community. Sniper Elite is a sharp strategic shooter video game and I love one thing about this game is, when player kill an enemy using sniper rifle from a long distance, the X-Ray kill cam system will be activate, in which the game's camera follows the bullet from the sniper rifle to the target, and shows body parts, bones or internal body organs being ruptured by the bullet, this is amazing technology and i love it. 

So if you are interested in stealth shooter video game then this game is for you.   

                 

12. The Evil Within 2

The Evil Within 2 is a third person survival horror video game developed by Tango Gameworks and published by Bethesda Softworks. The Evil within 2 is the sequel to the 2014 video game Evil Within. The game received positive review like Evil Within and the game's visual appearance and atmosphere is amazing. The Evil Within 2 takes acclaimed franchise to new level with its unique blend psychological thrills and true survival horror.

Middle-earth : Shadow of War is an action role playing video game developed by Monolith Production and Published by Warner Bros. It is the sequel to 2014's Middle-earth : Shadow Of Mordor. Actually I played Shadow Of Mordor and it is the one of the best games I have ever played. The Game is set in the open world environment and played for third person perspective. Game is also available in mobile version.

It is the sequel of 2014's Destiny. Destiny 2 Expansion Pass: Get access to both Expansion I and Expansion II, offering brand new story missions, cooperative activities, competitive multiplayer, and a wealth of new weapons, armor, and gear.

At Game Award 2017, Destiny 2 is nominated for Best Game Direction, Best Score/Music, Best Ongoing game, Best Action Game and Best Audio Design. Bad Luck for Destiny 2 not won any award at Game award 2017.

It is the tent installment in the tom clancy's Ghost Recon franchise and is the first game in the ghost recon series to features open world environment and played from third person perspective. The Game is take place in Bolivia in July 2019. 

Wildlands features a wide range of environments, which include mountains and deserts, and players will be able to parachute while exploring these.

Prey is first person shooter video game devloped by Arkane studio and published by Bethsda Softwork. Prey is open world Environment game with stealth element.

The player is able to select certain attributes of Morgan, including gender, and decisions made by the player that affects elements of the game's story. To survive, the player must collect and use weapons and resources aboard the station to fend off and defeat the Typhon.

It is the fourteenth main installment in call of duty series.  I am the biggest fan of the call of duty series and I played every single game of call of duty and I Liked it very much. I love This game Because of amazing Environmental setup, Characterization and amazing cinematic story-line.

Game is set in Venture deep into India’s Western Ghats as Chloe and Nadine recover an ancient artifact and fight their way through fierce opposition to prevent the region from falling into chaos.

Injustice 2 is fighting video game developed by NetherRealm Studios and Published by Warner Bros. It is squeal to 2013's God Among us. The game is the best fighting game of 2017 according to us. Injustice 2 received positive reviews. Personally I don't like fighting or superhero game so i mention this game down to the list. game's animation and the facial expression of the character is very good. If you like to play fighting games or superhero games then you can buy this game.

20. Need For Speed Payback

Need for Speed Payback is Racing game developed by Ghost Games and published by Electronics Arts (EA). It is the twenty-third Installment in the need for speed series. Need for speed Payback is the best racing game of the 2017, game has the amazing storyline and mainly focused on the action driving. 

Need for Speed Payback is set in an open world environment of fortune valley. The game has three playable character like GTA 5 But this game is totally different from GTA 5 because this game is mainly focused on racing. This game is totally different from other need for speed series because this game has a decent storyline and gives you cinematic experience.
