Samsung’s new ultra premium flip phone (W2018)

South Korean smartphone giant Samsung unveiled its new ultra premium flip phone. Samsung already launched it in china and it's an absolute monster. The company named it W2018 and it is the successor to last year's W2017, not the leader 8 which was announced just a few months ago. Samsung's flagship "flip phone", the W2018 will only retail in Asia and expected to cost upward $2000. The W2018’s launch also marks the range’s tenth anniversary, as well as Samsung’s 25th in the Chinese market in general.

The Samsung's new ultra premium flip flop phone comes with the a pair of 4.2 - inch AMOLED touchscreen display with a 1080 x 1920 resolution. the flip phone also features a full keypad and navigation button

This is high end device built from a combination of the metal and glass and the device comes in two colors platinum and elegant gold. The weight of the device is 247 g. So,it is little bit heavier than the usual Samsung's flagships.

The flip phone is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 chipset and packed with a 6 GB RAM which is good enough for your multitasking need. The device comes with 64 GB of Internal storage and it is expandable Up to 256 GB with micro SD Card. It also come with dual sim slot, a 2300 mAh battery, a rear mounted fingerprint scanner and Samsung's Bixby assistant and it does have dedicated Bixby button.

As well as becoming the first clamshell phone to feature a digital assistant, The phone also features 12 MP Camera at back with an f/1.5 aperture. In terms of software flip phone running on the android version 7.1.1 Nougat, although Samsung promised that an update to Oreo 8.0 is on the way in 2018.
